FaithAction has a two-tiered governance structure. The Board of Trustees provides the legal oversight and makes policy for FaithAction. The Interfaith Board of Advisors provides advice, counsel, and policy recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The Advisory Board chair sits on the Board of Trustees with full voting rights.
