FaithAction is a grassroots organization dedicated to serving our newest immigrant and refugee neighbors, and building bridges toward a shared vision of Greensboro as a model multicultural, interfaith and immigrant-welcoming city.
“Over the past year we have made tremendous strides towards this vision, serving over 1,000 of our newest immigrant and refugee North Carolinians, while educating and connecting our wonderfully diverse community.
We are tremendously grateful for the support Greensboro’s faith communities, local foundations, and compassionate individuals have given FaithAction.
We need your help to continue serving, educating and achieving!
Your donation dollars go a long way; it takes relatively little money to make a huge difference:
- $1,000 provides professional legal assistance for 5 new immigrants seeking a pathway to citizenship for themselves and their families.
- $500 provides 1 month of case management assistance to help our newest immigrant and refugee neighbors’ meet their basic human needs of food, shelter and healthcare.
- $250 provides a six-week ESL, computer literacy, or job skills training class.
- $100 provides sponsorship of one of our monthly Stranger to Neighbor multicultural and interfaith community building events at Zaytoons restaurant.
- $50 provides materials for immigration and diversity trainings for faith communities, student groups, and social service agencies.
Please consider giving an online donation now As an incentive, those who donate at the $300 or greater level will receive a free ticket to our Fall Arts and Immigration Fundraiser! Your donations can also be sent to:
FaithAction International House
