Volunteering at FaithAction!

“The work of FaithAction is simply not possible without the outstanding and passionate work of our volunteers.  Volunteers assist staff with client needs, programs that educate and connect our community across lines of culture and faith, and advocate for the rights and humane treatment of our new immigrant and refugee neighbors.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Participating in a language exchange with a new immigrant or refugee
• Collecting diapers, and ethnic foods for immigrant and refugees in need
• Assist immigrants and refugee how to use a computer
• Receiving leadership trainings for immigration advocacy work in the community
• Participating in our monthly Stranger to Neighbor forums at Zaytoon’s Restaurant
• Hosting a FaithAction training with your congregation, school or workplace
